Ordering PoliciesAll orders must be placed a minimum of 14 days before due date to avoid a rush fee.
Consultations are always free! We will: Discuss ideas (No paper copy of designs or images will be given) Price estimates are given (not final until all fees are determined and in final contract). Orders under $50 must be paid in full with contract. Orders over $50 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once contract is signed: All details and design are final. Final price is concrete. Deposit or full payment is due. Orders with a deposit must have remaining balance paid by 5pm at least 7 days before due date. Orders placed 13 days or less before the order is due require payment in full. A rush fee of 20% of total order will be added. Deliveries/Shipping All deliveries within Bridgeport will have a flat delivery fee of $15.00. Fairfield, Stratford and Trumbull have a flat delivery fee of $25.00 which includes set up. All deliveries outside of these 4 towns will be charged $.50 per mile. Includes set up. You can pick up your order for free, however we are not responsible for any damage your order may suffer in transport or what the product looks like when it gets to the event if you pickup. Most items will be shipped within 7 - 14 business days. Rush orders will incur additional fees. Returns: Due to the custom nature of the items being sold there are No Refunds. If something is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. |
